When do we accept your order?

Once you have clicked on the "Finalize order" button after placing your order.

Delivery

Supply within 2 working-days and post way in stable packing by Post or General Parcel (only with larger orders).

Warranty

Products that clearly contain manufacturing faults shall be replaced free of charge with products that are free of faults. Incorrect consignments shall be replaced after returning within 14 days with the correct products.

Value added tax (VAT)

The displayed CHF-prices understand themselves inclusive value added tax. The displayed EURO-prices understand themselves exclusive value added tax of the importing country and possible customs duties.

Payment possibilities

Switzerland with settled calculation or how remaining countries with PayPal, Mastercard and Visa.
